Manual Strapping Station For Coils

Manual Strapping Station for coils is used to allow to the operator to handle and manually tie, using metallic strap, the compact coils produced on collapsible spools.

Manual Strapping Station for coils is normally installed as a stand-alone machine closer to the spooler where spools come out. The spools are handled and charged on the station with a crane or simply rolled manually from the spooler.

The Station, made in sturdy steel carpentry, include an overturning platform that allow the operator to turn from horizontal into vertical axis (and the opposite) the spools and a lift arm hoist to lift the upper flange of the spools in order to disassembling and re-assembling the collapsible spools.

Thanks to this unit is possible to manually strap the coils and/or rotate of 90° degrees axis of the spools to solve handling issues in those situations where for instance the spools are produced in horizontal way while instead the payoff on the wire mesh machine is in vertical position.
