General description
Fixed spools – reels are used to collect the wire after the cold rolling, drawing or stretching process for the production of wire coils.
Fixed spools – reels can fit on different types of spooler (horizontal and vertical), having different dimensions and loading capacities.
PROMOSTAR fixed spools are made by a heavy steel (tube) carpentry, perfectly balanced to avoid dangerous vibrations during the winding at high speed on the spooler.
These spools are used to feed other machines for internal wire transformation processes, such for instance mesh lines, straightening machines, stirrups, cages and lattice girders machines.
The final product applications are normally reinforcing mesh, stirrups, cages and lattice girders for the civil and industrial construction, foundations and precast industry.
