Les Rouleaux et Porte-rouleaux sont utilisés pour le processus de laminage à froid dans les cassettes de laminage à froid.

Les Rouleaux et Porte-rouleaux sont fabriqués intégralement en carbure de tungstène.

Nous disposons de différentes formes de cylindres qui varient en fonction de chaque étape du processus (cylindres ovales, ronds, de dimensionnement, de formage et de profilage) et de la forme finale du fil (lisse, torsadés ou crantés). D’autres aspects tels que le diamètre du fil d’entrée et de sortie et les normes à respecter (EN, DIN, ASTM, etc.) sont pris en considération pour définir les dimensions et les formes géométriques correctes des dimensions des torsades, de l’orientation, du pas et du facteur « fr ».
