Inside there is the bullblock with horizontal axis equipped with the wire drawing capstans able to produce cold stretched steel bars with a diameter range from \u00d86 to \u00d818mm and a length up to 12 meters.\r\n\r\nThe wire rod, pulled by the high-performances bullblock<\/strong> and controlled by latest technology PLC, is cold stretched by the two stretching panels<\/strong> that are oriented 90 degrees one to each other (to guarantee an uniform elongation on all the surface of the wire) and that (depending on the degree of stretching set up on the control panel) improve the final mechanical properties the wire.\r\n\r\nThe machine can be also equipped with rolling cassettes<\/strong> (with the possibility to install up to three rolling cassettes<\/strong> at the place of stretching panels<\/strong>) to produce cold rolling wire starting from plain wire material.\r\n\r\nAfter, a system composed by high speed straightening panels fully adjustable, straighten the wire that pulled by a motorized pulling system (that creates a counter pulling downstream the capstan), permits to convey the bars towards to the continuous flying shear<\/strong> for the cutting of the bars to the set length.\r\n\r\nFinally, the bars are collected in the wire collector that allow the creation of partial sub-bundle and the creation of bundle of bars perfectly and automatically aligned by the machine. In the high-level version, all the machine can be equipped with binding device for the automatic creation of the partial sub-bundle and main bundle.\r\n\r\nAll the electric, hydraulic and lubrication systems are conveniently arranged inside the machine in order to simplify the maintenance of the line.\r\n\r\nAt the beginning of the machine a payoff system (with a vertical pay-off<\/strong> tower with two tilting fingers<\/strong> or with an horizontal pay-off<\/strong> beam, according to the wire sizes) is used to feed the machine with the plain wire produced in the hot mill process.\r\n\r\nOther devices, like mechanical descaler<\/strong> or wire drawing lubricant machine<\/strong> can be included.\r\n\r\nFurthermore, the high flexibility<\/strong> of the Geministar, allows to combine the line also with a wire spooler to produce fixed or collapsible spools (that can be added also at a later stage, reducing the initial cost of the investment). This means that with the same machine, you can switch the production from bars to fixed or collapsible reels<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nIn the highest level of automation of our plants, the above mentioned line can be equipped with automatic vertical wire spoolers<\/strong> that make all the operations like insertion of the wire, cutting, change of the spools, samples taking, strapping, labeling and weighing of the coils without any intervention of the operator.","_et_gb_content_width":""},"product_cat":[35,70],"product_tag":[],"yoast_head":"\n
